How We Handle Complaints

We take care to read and handle all the complaints that are sent into our support desk. Our team reviews the concern you've sent to us and passes it on to the relevant department for investigation and resolution when we receive it via e-mail.

The aim is to give prompt responses and solutions and also be transparent during the review process

Response Timeline

Requests and complaints are responded to within 24-48 hours of receipt, most of the time sooner. But for those project reviews or investigations that are detailed, it may take a little longer for the processing.
